Malawi Milk Producers Association – Mmpa, as an umbrella body for all smallholder dairy farmers in Malawi is happy with the inclusion of MILK (K800/L) among the agricultural commodities on the current Government Minimum Farmgate Prices released today under the ministry of Agriculture. MMPA has been fighting for this development since 2020. This will encourage farmers to producer more milk, and of good quality. Special Thanks to the ministry of Agriculture and its departments i.e. DAHLD & DAES who are working very hard to improve the business of dairy farming in Malawi.
